I lived in the snow as a toddler, then when I went to school in Boulder. The first day it snowed, I jumped up and down like a 2 year old, and my bosses were wondering if they should have hired me after all. . .One said, “let’s see how long that lasts. . .” Well, the first year I was there, Boulder had the worst winter in over 30 years–and I got pneumonia. The second year wasn’t as bad, but despite the below zero temps and the wind-shield factor, it is rather pretty.
Blimey, I would definately like to stay on the right side of pneumonia! But I will just never be a snow lover, too bloody slippy…
